Cancellation Policy

Seelev is operated by ZALO ENT LLC.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases do not renew and do not create recurring charges.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are optional and must be selected by the customer. The price and billing frequency are disclosed before purchase. By choosing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval until you cancel.

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time before your next billing date through your customer account portal or by contacting us at hello@seelev.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, billed, or shipped.

For help with a recent order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped after fulfillment processing has begun.

Refunds

Cancellation of a subscription and eligibility for a refund are separate matters. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
